clean and comfortable hotel - conveniently located near restaurants and shops. gained local insights and useful language tips from hotel's introductory information. staff were friendly and helpful - especially with returning a sentimental item left in the safe.

We arrived and were greeted by the friendly staff and treated to a complimentary breakfast. Our room was spacious, clean and we loved the green/organic attention they had paid to the room and hotel environment. We had the staff arrange for us a ride to the Cu Chi tunnels and a trip to the Mekong Delta both of which were exceptional value and great trips. I would stay here again. Book early this hotel is a hidden jem and when word gets out it will be hard to get a room as there are only 10 rooms. Plus the location is great!

The staff at Cinnamon hotel were genuinely great people who were alwasy there to help whenever needed. They had great suggestions for restaurants, what to do in the city, how to keep from having your camera/jewelry lifted as its quite common in Saigon, etc.rooms were great and had a modern feel, definitely great price point. There is no elevator, so if climbing stairs is an issue then there might be a downside. I highly suggest Cinnamon Hotel for your stay in Saigon!

The people are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are gorgeous.
The street location is not the great but by taxi we can have access to the main monuments in Saigon. The market is further than explained on the website.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even provided me with a handwritten note with useful Vietnamese phrases and treated me to a free cocktail and foot massage. The room was beautifully decorated in a colonial style, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, situated in a bustling street in District 1, within walking distance of many attractions. Breakfast was delicious and included in the price. this hotel offered great value for money and paid attention to the smallest details, creating a wonderful experience.
All aspects of my stay were more than satisfactory.

The staff were pleasant
There is a building site opposite which rendered the balcony unusable. The location isn't great and the hotel didn't match its website look.

The staff and hotel were superb, we had a very enjoyable trip. Nothing was too much trouble and they seemed genuinely interested in ensuring that you had a good time. We booked a day trip with the Tourist Information Centre (which is actually a travel agent, not a state run facility) and one of the hotel receptionists came out to the pick up car to ensure that the driver and guide were on the level and properly accredited. A great place to stay but there is no lift in the building so don't book one of the upper rooms if you can't manage the stairs.

Staff were welcoming we did have a problem with aircon but it was fixed quickly Only downside was the lack of lift . Short walk to market
No lift when you are on top floor stairs can be a challenge

The hotel is located in a central area, which is great for exploring the city. The service offered by the staff was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast each morning was delicious and provided an array of options to choose from.
The rooms were a bit cramped, which made it difficult to move around with ease. I also found the noise level to be a bit high, which made it harder to sleep at night.

Friendly helpful staff, welcoming feel. Lovely rooms, central location. Free wifi and cable tv. Balcony if you want views, double-windows to try and restrict the street noise (motorbikes!) at night.
Noise from road and from other guests in the stairways. Since it's a small boutique hotel only basic facilities - no relaxing bar/lounge area (only a small seating area next to reception).
